We'll talk through what you're actually grappling with, and from there I'll connect you to the people in the field who have been where you are, or help you find whatever else the situation actually needs.

Right now the Field is just beginning.

The first members are joining as founders, at no charge, until it grows to a larger size. Even now a member has the core of it, someone to call, and the experience and connections already in place. What a fuller Field adds is reach: more people, more paths, more that it can do for everyone in it.

How it works

You write to me. We set up a time to talk, usually twenty or thirty minutes, sometimes longer.

We spend that time making sure I understand the question clearly, and that we see it the same way, so that whatever comes next actually fits.

And you leave with a next step. Most of the time that's a name, someone in the field who has already been through this and would be glad to talk. Sometimes it is someone outside the field with the expertise the situation calls for. And sometimes it is not a person at all, but a resource, or a direction to take, worked out together.

Then you write again, whenever you need to.

What The Common Field Is Today

The Common Field is new. Right now it is me, and the people who have taken their place in it, and the introductions I make between them.

As the field grows, so does what it can do for the people in it.
