Consult, mentor, or try something new, with the business side handled. For heads and former heads who want to share what they know, without building a practice from scratch.
What you get
- The umbrella. You bring the experience. One contract, billing, and support are already in place, so there's no company to form and no invoices to chase.
- Your name in the room. There's no promise of work, but your name will be in the room. When a school needs help, guild members are the first names it hears.
- The guild itself. Members pass work to one another ("I'm not free, but I know someone") and meet now and then to compare notes.
The money
Free to join. The Common Field keeps no more than 15% of each engagement, which covers the contract, billing, and support.

Joining
Joining starts with a conversation. We'll talk for about half an hour about your experience and what you'd like to do next. The guild is for people who have served as heads of school, interim roles included.
