How it works
A few times a year, on video, timed around the school calendar. Each call takes up one big question, in open conversation. When a topic has energy, the people who care about it can take it further. The Common Field convenes and facilitates; where it goes from there is up to the people in the room.
Who
Open to heads and former heads of independent schools, and free for now. All members of The Common Field are invited automatically.
