Someone who has sat in the chair, a call away.
When a board question comes up, a crisis lands on your desk, or you need to think something through, you have someone to call. Not consulting, not a program. A person who has led schools.
What's included
- The hotline. A direct line to me for whatever comes up. What you leave with depends on the call. Sometimes it's enough to have thought out loud with someone. Sometimes it's the name of a head who has been through the same thing, or someone outside schools with the right expertise. Sometimes it's a next move we work out together.
- Peer groups. As the network grows, a match with a few other heads for time together, with no agenda and nothing needed from each other.
- Board help. When it would help, I can have a call with your board chair or another board member, arranged through you. Larger board work is available at a member rate.
Reaching me
Text, call, or email. I check in throughout the day and get back to you as soon as I reasonably can. Evenings and weekends may be slower. If it's urgent, say so, and it moves to the top.

Cancellations. Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime. A canceled yearly membership stays active through the end of the year and won't renew.
